A 14-day scope works best when there is one specific uncertainty to address: whether a segment contains enough suitable accounts, which roles own the issue or whether an initial message earns relevant interest. It is not a compressed promise of a mature pipeline. We define the question and the evidence needed before work begins.
The engagement can include ICP refinement, an account-research sample, buying-role mapping and message preparation. Where channel readiness and approvals allow, an initial outreach test may be included. The exact activity depends on what is already prepared; sending infrastructure or a complex approval process can change what is achievable within the period.
Bring a clear offer, approved customer evidence, relevant sales materials and someone available to review the research and messaging. Fast feedback is important in a short engagement. We agree a practical review rhythm and the information needed for any conversation that should be handed over.
The closing review summarises what was researched, what was tested and what remains uncertain. It should help you decide whether to narrow the ICP, refine the message, prepare a larger campaign or stop. Programme length describes the working format; it does not guarantee a number of meetings or sales.
